Querido Entusiasta de Paleo,

No sé tú, pero cuando descubrí Paleo por primera vez y empecé a sentir los resultados, me emocioné —
más que NUNCA en mi vida.

Recuerdo el alivio que sentí. Alivio porque había finalmente encontrado una solución de dieta QUE FUNCIONABA. Una forma de comer que no sólo era apetitosa, sino satisfactoria.

A medida que pasaban los días rápidamente y mi dieta se transformaba, recuerdo que me sentía lleno de energía. Lo fuerte, saludable y en forma que me sentía. Lo maravilloso que me sentía, de adentro hacia fuera, comiendo al estilo Paleo.

Después de años de supuestamente intentar comer "bien" (o sea, vegetariano), Paleo fue un regalo del cielo.

Al principio descubrí la vital importancia del desayuno en el estilo de vida Paleo. El desayuno proporciona el combustible para todo el día.

El estilo Paleo eliminó las punzadas de hambre... los antojos... el deseo
de acudir a la máquina de snacks.

¡Y al mismo tiempo, mi energía subió como la espuma! Mi salud
se recuperó. Mi agudeza mental y claridad fueron poco
menos que milagrosas.
